Mentoring Testimonials

Kevin Vuong, Ground Up Physiotherapy

Georgia has played a significant role in my development as a clinician. During my early years as a physiotherapist, I struggled with being effective with my communication. My clients weren’t reciprocating my treatment plans and I had a poor retention rate. However, Georgia spent a large amount of time observing how I communicated and provided simple and constructive feedback.

Within a couple of weeks of applying the principles Georgia provided, I saw my retention and buy-in with clients significantly increase. Since then, I have reflected upon most consultations and see where I can improve. Using Georgia’s frameworks, I feel like I continually improve even after years of being a clinician.

Alannah Mackay, Kaylana Wellness Collective

I cannot recommend Georgia highly enough as a mentor for physiotherapists! She is highly experienced in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports injuries. From the moment I started my mentoring sessions with her, I felt at ease due to her approachable and friendly nature.

As a new graduate, it’s common to feel lost and overwhelmed, but Georgia’s vast knowledge and structured guidance fast-tracked my learning immensely. We delved into numerous cases, clinical skills, manual therapy techniques, and exercise programs, all of which boosted my confidence and skill set.

Since then, Georgia has been fundamental in helping me start my practice. Her insights and advice were invaluable, and I’m incredibly appreciative of her support throughout this journey. If you're a new grad or a junior physio looking to enhance your skills and gain clarity as a clinician, I’d highly recommend Georgia! Working with her has been an exciting and rewarding experience and I am truly grateful to have crossed paths with her!.
